Out of these I've gotten into so far I'm leaning towards Cornell, Illinois and MD-College Park don't really seem worth giving up for an Ivy, what do you guys think? I want to go into a good business grad school and I hear ILR is great for that.

Getting into a good MBA program has more to do with your work experience after undergrad than what undergrad you attended; remember very very very few people go get an MBA immediately after undergrad--and most of those that do aren't at top programs. That being said your chances of landing a top job out of ILR are likely higher than if you attended Maryland or UIUC.

yea that's what I'm thinking too, thanks
