<p>She probably was, since from the article, she wasn't at cornell for freshman year.</p>

<p>No basis to know if she was a GT or not. Graham Dow, current senior, may still also receive a Rhodes. He's from Canada and no notification yet whether he is recipient. (US has 32, 2 each from 16 regions; Canada has a total of 11.) A recent Cornell Rhodes was from the Caribbean as well.</p>
