I'm a bit lost...

Ok .. here's the deal.. I'm trying to decide between going to Fordham or LaSalle in Philly.. I was just wondering if anyone can give me some opinions on which school would be a better choice. I want to go into communications, and I am trying to figure out what school/city I would be better off at. If no one knows enough about each school thats fine.. maybe someone could just tell me a bit more sweet stuff about either the bronx or philly... I could just use a bit more info . THANKS !!!!!

I go to St. Joe's Prep in North Philly.

I'm going to Fordham. But that's just me. I want to get to a new city. La Salle is in a pretty disgusting part of the city; I don't think there's any debate there. That said, it has a really good communications program, and it's actually a great school. The same could kind of be said about Fordham's neighborhood, but there's a huge difference between Philadelphia and the Bronx. Frankly, Philadelphia is... boring. But maybe that's just because I'm from there.

Visit both schools, and go with your gut feeling. That's how I decided on Fordham.

im from philly too and looking into communications. i don't know much about lasalle, but i know fordham's school is excellent. fordham also has a better reputation, and it's increasingly becoming much more difficult to get into. i vote fordham.

Heres the thing tho.. it would be cheaper to go to Lasalle. I mean i know you may be a little biased with the view of Philly but what is so boring about it? I visited both and my gut feeling is more expensive.......

Philadelphia is no New York. I don't really know how else to say it.
