Im a junior and my grades have gone down. HELP! Can I still get into UF?

Hi,
so its my junior year and Im freaking out. My gpa has gone down. I went from a 3.6 gpa last year to a 3.1ish
for instance, last year I got As in History and English and now I have B-s, math fell from a solid B to B-, and my science grade stayed the same (solid B)

Im really worried because I wanted to do really well this year and bring my gpa up but instead it went DOWN and I know colleges don't like to see junior year grades go down so I know this is bad.

But i also took up the IB program so would they be more understanding about the grade drop?
Freshman and Sophomore year I was in two honors classes (english and history) and my other classes were advanced. (a step down from honors, a step up from standard level)

and this year I stepped up my classes by enrolling in IB.
so will colleges be more understanding of my bad grades? I really am working as hard as I can

btw the schools im interested in applying to is Florida State University, University of Florida, University of Central Florida, Penn State, Uconn, and University of Delaware

my first SAT score was a 1750 (with no studying) so im retaking it in may or june. I really want to 2100 or higher.

Im also taking three AP tests in May.

Currently my overall UW gpa is around a 3.2 i think.. and last time i checked weighted it was a 4.1 but that was before IB so maybe it is a little higher..

my Florida gpa (FL states recalculate gpa for admission) for freshman and sophomore year was around a 3.6-3.8 cant remember. But for this year it is around a 4.1 so it brings up my gpa a little bit.
anyways can someone give me some reassurance? or advice on how to deal with this? I really am working as hard as I can
plus chances on the schools I listed above.
Thanks!

also I am an OUT OF STATE STUDENT but my mom lives in Florida (parents are separated, havent divorced yet) so i would be paying In state tuition

so i guess that complicates things since i will be an out of state student… or would they consider me an in state since i would pay in state tuition?

I believe this is the scale UF uses for High School Grades

5- A AP/IB
4.5- A Honors
4 - A Regular: A AP/IB
3.5 B Honors

etc

State schools tend to strongly emphasize GPA, so you should strongly try to raise your gpa by the end of your junior year
