I'm an oddball, far from perfect

Hello there! I'm a junior from California and my college admissions packet is a tad random :P
Here are my stats...

3.6 unweighted GPA, around 4.0 weighted
I've taken 5 AP classes: World History, English Language, US History, Statistics and Music theory, and plan to take 3 more: Spanish Language, Government and English Literature next year. I did not include any of my elective [music] classes in my GPA because I figured colleges wouldn't could them, is this true?

I am heavily into music, and am taking Orchestra, Band, Drumline and Choir and have taken them all through high school am also participating in the school musical. I was a competitive state level gymnast until last year when school and music consumed my life and I am now currently coaching gymnastics.

It gets strange too, as I have yet to take the SAT or ACT. I had drumline competitions on the January and March SAT dates and our school's show opens on the June date, so I will not be able to take it then either. I plan on taking the ACT on June 12 and to score between a 29 and 31. I got a 180 on the PSAT last November and my top SAT IIs were only a 650 in both Math 2 and World History =/

I am interested in majoring in Music Education, or perhaps political science (we'll see how AP Government goes) and am currently looking into the University of Delaware, University of Maryland and Boston University, as I love the east coast. As far as California schools go, I am against the UCs because they do not have Music Education majors, but I do like San Diego State and the University of the Pacific. I also threw in ASU and University of Arizona, as they do have music programs and most kids from my school get accepted there, but I'm not really interested in what I've heard are "party schools".

Realistic list? Suggestions? I'm kinda in the dark here, as both my older brothers went to community college and my parents and I are unfamiliar with the college process.

You don’t like on your list? They are 2 of the party schools but SDSU and Arizona are on your list???

Boston U is already a reach, but with all the other ones, you are on the right track. Depends a lot on SAT though.

Chance me back?
