Im applying from in state. Do they see my fall and/or spring semester gpas?

The reason I ask is because I apply by novemeber 30, right? So that means they only see my freshman year gpa. This year im taking all the classes they say I need to, plus I have straight As currently (even after my midterms, I plan on getting as high grades as I can, I know 4.0 is near impossible but its my goal for the year).

So the point is, will they see my fall and spring gpa or is it only last year gpa? Or is it only last year plus fall gpa, ignoring spring gpa?

You are applying as a transfer? To which schools?

Are you a high school senior or something else? Are your straight A’s for the entire four years of high school, or only for this year?

You need to be clearer for us to understand what your situation actually is.

Im a sophomore in college. When I say A’s, I mean A’s this semester after my midterm, thats why I mean I know its really hard to get a 4.0. Im currently a CS major and philosophy minor, and I am only taking classes related to those this semester, which is why I really want the UCs to see my grades for this semester. Next semester I will also be taking major and minor classes.

Also Im applying to all the UCs, just to see which ones I can get into, but I want to go to UCLA, UCSB, or Cal.

If you are applying the UC’s for Fall 2018 as a transfer, you will update your Fall grades in January using the TAU.
(Transfer Academic Update)

From the UC Website::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
After applying, transfer students are required to update their grades and course records.

You must provide your final grades from the previous term and list all courses in progress or planned for the term before you expect to enroll. Your updates will ensure UC campuses have the most current academic information available.

Thank you! I’m definitely going to go back and read everything to make sure I have read everything thoroughly lol.

To make sure, I take it that they won’t look at my Spring grades, just what classes I’m taking?

They won’t see your spring grades before they make an admission decision. However the summer before you enroll you will send them an official transcript and they have the option of rescinding admission if they see a significant drop
