I applied for a school, and my counselor filled out the required secondary school forms online. Now, when I go to any of the other colleges I planned to apply to regular decision, it already says that the school form was submitted. Did this happen automatically? Also, some schools such as Harvard require the counselor to complete a supplement (part II) to the secondary report. How does this work online?

Are you talking about the Common App? If so, yes, once the secondary school forms are online, those are the forms that will be sent to every college. :)

If you want to apply to Harvard online through the Common App, then go to the "School Forms" tab on the left-hand column, and click "Invite" to send an online secondary form to your college counselor. Make sure that all the info that you enter (name, title, email, etc.) for your counselor is the same that other students are putting. Otherwise, the counselor will end up with multiple accounts (happened to mine... not fun x_x). That's all, good luck!
