I'm curious, what is the religion of one who cannot take the ACT on saturday?

Just out of curiousity......I've never heard of anything like it

.... Jews celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday?

Maybe Seventh Day Adventist. They go to church on Sat.

Observant Jews would not take the test on a Saturday.

As already mentioned, orthodox Jews do not drive, read, or write on Saturdays.

Observant Jews don't do any "work" on Saturdays, which is actually an interesting issue. Defining work has been very fun for rabbis in the modern age.

Oh yeah, I read that when i signed up today!

Yay for ACT test-takers in February!!

Jews who observe their religion are not supposed to do a number of things. They are not supposed to carry stuff outside their house (bring a calculator). They are not supposed to start a spark (start a car). They are not supposed to write (erm-the test).

There are several other violations in taking the SATs.

Hardcore Jewz.

And anyone else who observes a Saturday sabbath day, as noted above. There are some Seventh Day Adventist schools around here, and they are test centers for Wednesday PSATs and for Sunday SATs.
