Btw, I think the strongest parts of my applicant are my essays. I've had them read by 4 english teachers and I have very interesting/unique topics.

Thank you very much and please be honest!!!!

Yeah, your SAT 2? Um, your SATs are fine, but I think that if you apply early, it will increase your chances dramatically, as well as your hook: being hispanic

hmmm. i dont know how they'd feel about you including spanish as the third sat2 score. maybe study something else and take a diff one in october? theres really nothing much you can do to improve your chances now except one last shot at sat and polishing your essay. good luck.

you have so much cool stuff going on. just make sure that your attached resume is well-organized and neatly presented. and try to make your more interesting ECs stand out from the rest. being a (partial) URM i think should help also. i think you have great shot hope you make it.

Wow you are an awesome candidate. You will probably get into Columbia. Of course there is never a 100% chance but I can't see why they'd ever reject you.

Are low SATII scores a big negative for a Columbia engineering applicant? I have a 29 ACT ( which I hope to get up to a 30+ ). I have a 3.8 unweighted GPA in school with flying aircraft as my hook. However, I got a 650 in my SATII Math 2c and Physics which is pretty bad I guess.. I will be applying as an International student since I am an Indian passport holder.

uh...ok...honestly, sorry if i sound like a troll, but a 3.6 at an ivy league school? sorry, im just trying to save $80 and an ED slot i could save by applying somewhere else.
