I don't understand why... Is it lack of sleep? If I think, there's no reason for me to feel this way.

I think you just have to sink into the school life routine and then it gets better.

^^ Me and you both.

Xanax…you can never take too many.

You can never drink too much water or Redbull.

^^^^ Yeah, esp when your course load is more rigorous compared to the one a year before. Give yourself a week or two to adapt to the work load and also a whole summer away from school might be making you sluggish/stressed.

At least I don’t have to worry about this for another 2 weeks. =)

Me, too. I slept at 2 AM the night before because of my horrible summer sleeping habits. Then I hugged my brother after the first day, and apparently he was sick, so now I am, too. AND IT’S FREAKIN’ RAMADAN.

I think you should invest in some more sleep. Soon, we’ll all be sleeping at 2 AM

Don’t worry. The first few days of school are always stressful, for three reasons: administrative details, slightly getting used to things, and most of all, weeding out those who aren’t serious (assuming you’re in honors/AP). Once people have been weeded out especially, things get easier.

People have already started school? Wow, I guess they must have ended real early.

yeah, we ended the 19th of june, starting 31st of August. As for stress, you’ll get used to it, it just feels stressful since you haven’t had much. just make sure you keep on top of everything and try not to crash completely by march like i did…

Me too!!! I started on Wednesday and I’m about ready for Summer :p

You guys already started school? Sucks2BU

Are you a senior, by chance? My senior year I was pretty sluggish and miserable for the first few weeks until I got into the swing of things. (of course, the last couple months of senior year are pure hell.)

lol, I have a summer assignment to do in 11 days + 3 recommended chapters to read for AP US + whatever SAT/ACT prep I can fit in ;x.

^yeah, procrastinating is out in full force during the summer

^And while procrastinating, I’m really doing nothing. School is gonna be ridiculous.

I can’t tell if this was supposed to be the insult (usually by BC students) towards BU students, or if it was just short for: sucks to be you.

But… I end May 27. So if I go to a college on the quarter system, I will get a 4 month Summer :D

I start one week from Monday (though this coming Friday is a half day for Freshmen, and I need to be in the Debate room to welcome them, as I shall be their teacher). But then again, I get off on May 4th. So yeah, my three and a half months of Summer have been pretty nice.

^ Three and a half? Jealous.
