Im in 9th grade and I'm taking algebra 1 but want to take calculus

Well, you’re asking advice on a forum related to college, not texting your best friend.

Do well in Algebra1 Honors and get straight A’s, THEN worry about doubling up.

You can get into a good college without calculus. However, you can’t get into a good college without good grades.

Even at Harvard, 1/3 students took Precalculus Honors, not calculus.
