Hi so i was pretty much applying for the schools
right after the deadline therefore I had to take the
SSAT on Feb.

I applied for eight schools and four of them
I already had interviews and the processes are completed
whereas four other schools
CATE WEBBS LOOMIS CHAFFE AND BLAIR
told me today they have not gotten the SSAT scores yet
therefore cannot schedule me an interview

I realize I am super late for everything
and i know they will get my SSAT scores within couple days
At most, do you think it will be possible for them
to schedule me an interview? ;/

The SSAT sends an email with a link to access your scores, they’re not sent by regular mail. I have two last names so the system didn’t find me. I called the schools and they were able to find my scores for me. You should call them directly and check. If your scores just aren’t ready yet then there isn’t really anything for you to do until then :/

I have never heard of a school not scheduling an interview before SSAT’s are taken/received. Most are well into their decision making process by now, I’m surprised that any will even schedule an interview at all at this late date.

The SSAT site says scores were released to schools on the 10th I believe, so they would have them.

For international applicants, many schools want to screen a bit for the qualified applicants before going through the trouble interviewing them. I know CATE is VERY strict with it.

I would suggest to forward the SSAT EMAIL to the schools, or give them the ID/password to let them download info directly from your SSAT account.

yeah i think cate is very strict they told me i cant have an interview
I will definately send them my SSAT email (which was
not THAT amazing but still in the 90s overall)

If they have everything but the interview
would they have read my application
Or did they not even consider it??? :(

They want the report directly from SSAT for a reason. A forwarded email could easily have been changed prior to forwarding. Double check your SSAT account to make sure you ordered reports for all the schools. Then contact SSAT to see if they can explain the delay for these schools.
