I'm in a weird situation...

<p>Okay, so I live in Florida, and I got accepted into USF St. Pete...as a non-Florida resident. My question is twofold: is it too late to fix this, and, if it is, would I still be able to redeem any Florida Bright Futures money I qualify for when attending?</p>
