man, it's probably too early for this, but cupid got me prematurely.

yes, fellow '07ers, i'm in love..and it couldn't be sweeter. you know you're in love when you think about her and instantaneously a smile appears on your face...

for those not acclimated with the feel, it is not dissimiliar to the feeling one gets when one buys a new car..and gets a whiff of that oh-so-sweet new car smell. you just wanna sit..for an hour or two. or three. or four..

Ah, the invincible gender-associated stereotypes.

In my 'net experience, a girl would type something along these lines:

"OMG!!! I. Am. In. LOVE! <3<3<3"

but being the rare INTP girl that I am, I'm ill-qualified to typify others of my gender, as they tend to baffle me as much as the male sex does.

Um, shouldn't you be pleased to drift off into the happy, happy, joy, joy, la-la land that is "uber-serenity", the blissfully numbing and yet utterly exhilirating, idyllic realm that is love, <3<3<3? ^_~

...but I'm sure love is nice! :D (Never been in it before, myself. Hoping to steer clear of it until I have some extra time to devote to that special someone.)

Girls = Time x Money (given)

Time = Money (time is money)

Girls = Money x Money (substitution)

Girls = Money^2

Money = rt(Evil) (money is the root of all evil)

Girls = (rt(Evil))^2 (substitution)

Girls = Evil

Irrelevant, I know, but nonetheless enjoyable.

Attention! Love is not real! It is a concerted phenomenon involving lots of chemicals and electricity (hormones, nerves). Its natural selection and evolution, all that stuff. Its designed to conserve the species and sustain active reproduction.

Seriously, if you want to fall in love, eat a few large pieces of chocolate...similar effects without the hazards of passing human emotion.

So, which do you want? A nice bar of Godiva or a broken heart?

what's weird is that we've known each other for about 5-6 months, and contact basically consisted of us chatting at work sometimes.

But it seems like since the school year started, she really started flirting hard. That was strange to me, but I went with the flow. I guess I've liked her for a while. Now she's introduced me to her sis and showed me pics of her family and all that, and she's really let me into who she is behind school/work, which is really unusual 'cause she's not really the type to do that. And she insists that she hold my arm in the halls/public places...hmmm..

i'm no good at recognizing a relationship, but i suspect chemistry in this one:D

I love how the first thing you do about it is post on an internet message board. Write some poetry or something so that when you break up you can remember how there's a difference between 'love' and all the sacrifice it involves and infatuation common in the beginning of most relationships. Something that usually goes away within a year.
