I'm on fire.

No, seriously. Today I engaged in some considerably rigorous exercise and when I was done my thighs were itchy. Like super itchy. I was scratching like a motherfxcker. And after they stopped itching they starting burning. Now I have long red welts all over my thighs.

BIOLOGY NERDS, I'M CALLIN' YOUR ASSES OUT. :] What seems to be the problem here?

Maybe you have dry skin. Also, I suppose there are some chemicals that can make your skin itch. Did anyone else start reacting the same way? Did you have any skin exposed?

You probably got heat rash. From sweating and stuff.

Somebody call 911
Shawty fire burning on the dance floor
Whoa
I gotta cool her down
She won’t bring the roof to ground on the dance floor
Whoa
Shes fire burning, fire burning on the dance floor
That little shawtys fire burning on the dance floor
Shes fire burning fire burning on the dance floor
That little shawtys fire burning on the dance floor
Fire burning fire burning

You can’t just call 911 every time a shawty starts a fire on the dance floor!

Aren’t you guys just so clever.

Perhaps…consult your doctor?

Try antihistamines.

Or this

I’m real happy for you Stephen Colbert, and Imma let you finish, but John Stewart has one of the best news satire shows of all time! ALL TIME!

Ok there Kanye haha.

Take a antihistamine like claritin or zyrtec. Works like a charm for me.

Most likely AIDS

I may have chuckled a little out loud. haha, how embarrassing.

I’m kind of ashamed that I got all 3 references without thinking.

Have you been sexually active lately?

You sound hot ;)

my pizz extinguished you

I had this same problem, except it was more during exercise. I looked it up a while ago, so this is all recall. Basically, you’re capillaries in your legs and everything are collapsed because they’re not used to all the blood flowing through them, so when you work out and the capillaries expand due to more activity, it’s sent back to the brain as an itch.

It’s supposed to go away after you work out a couple times. I scratched my legs raw after I had begun exercising after a long break.
