Ok, I'm homeschooled this year, which is my senior year. All my classes are at home. I don't take anything at a co op. I have a couple of questions.
1. Who would be my counselor?
2. Who should I get recommendations from?
3. How do I explain to them why I left my highschool the last year and homeschooled?
4. Do you think most colleges like homeschoolers, indifferent toward them, or dont like them at all?

See the homeschooler guidelines for the Common Application and each school you are applying to.

I would suggest the teachers from 11th grade, which is sounds like you spent at a more traditional school.

The Additional Information section OR an essay if it’s significant.

It depends entirely on the homeschooler. To have gone to a traditional school for 11 years (if such is the case) and then to homeschool your twelfth grade year is suspicious - combat that in your application.
