Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree As you can see from the link provided this Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree requires only 59 credits, this confuses me. How can a Bachelor degree only be 59 credits? I'm planning on transferring from my community college to get in this program, but i would already have half the credits required for the degree in just two semesters at the CC, this makes me think im either interpreting something wrong, or... i don't really know.

I’m on my kindle and the link loaded too slow for me, but I’m assuming that there is 59 credits within the major alone. Then there’s also the core requirements like English, art, communications, etc that you have to take. It’ll be somewhere over 100 credits together.

You may need 59 credits for the major, but a larger number (usually about 120-128, depending on the school) overall, to complete a bachelor’s degree. Breadth requirements and free electives will fill in the remainder of the credits.
