Number of credits For B.S.?

<p>What is the general amount of credits needed to obtain a Bachelor's Degree?</p>

<p>Also, about how much of the total portion is elective credits if you major in Business (in which the classes like sociology, psych, philosophy go into would be electives, correct)?</p>

<p>I'm asking this because I want to know how many CC's are worth taking (for example, would taking 3 courses in the social sciences outside your major "speed" up your progress and take care of otherwise pesky elevtives (breadth requirements)?</p>

<p>Generally it is around 120 credits. (15 credits a semester, 8 semesters) The % that is electives depends on the school you go to. Look up the requirements for a business degree, and the general education requirements for your school.</p>
