<p>Can someone give me my writing score with -2 mc had i got 9, 10, 11, or 12 on essay.

<p>I had same Writing MC (75) w/ 11 Essay –> 780.</p>
<p>12 would’ve been 800</p>
<p>think i saw someone with 10 and 75 mc get 760</p>

<p>Oh I didn’t take the March one (thank god!) I was going to do standby but i realized that I just wasn’t ready (idk maybe i was but i had test jitters). Now Im reveling in the choice i made considering these unexpected “low” scores on the CR.</p>

<p>High-five, delonte, because we’re in the same boat…kinda? I got 75 MC right too, plus an 8 essay as well–but my writing score was 720. O_o; So either I skipped a question without knowing it instead of getting it wrong (which makes for a difference of 1/4th of a point between us), or somehow miniscule differences on our essay or whatever separated our scores. This is mysterious, though.</p>
<p>I got the “unexpected low scores” on CR too. (my total score was 770M / 660CR / 720W)</p>
<p>Also (to first poster) - You don’t have to tell me if you don’t feel comfortable, but are you in the west coast? East coast people got a different essay prompt (which I think was easier…“should leaders be held to higher standards” instead of “is moderation an obstacle to success”), which makes me hope the prompts weren’t all curved the same. (I got the west coast prompt.)</p>
<p>Yeah, I was expecting a 10-12 on my essay before I saw the prompt…and I figured, after seeing my score, it wasn’t a big deal since essays are supposed to be only 30% of the writing score, but that 780 is tempting…</p>
<p>maybe he made a typo since you guys should have same score since same mc/essay.</p>
<p>maybe a sunday tester with diff test/curves? dunno</p>
<p>how could everary get 75mc 8 essay and get a 720? that makes no sense b/c i got 75mc 8 essay and got a 710. So disappointing since I got 71mc 9 essay in january and also got a 710.

<p>Maybe you had a different essay prompt than I did and they curved it differently. Other than that, I don’t know. =/</p>
