I'm so worried about these Essays

those of you that were accepted...how were your essays. I'm applying for transfer and I'm currently writing my "why vassar" essay. there are so many things I really love about this school, more so than any other school I've visited or researched but I don't know how to convey that in an essay. Does vassar like the "out-there" student or should I hold back and try not to let that side of me shine through too much.

AHHH

anyway, any current students (maybe someone who has transfered already?) who can help me out, let me know please. thanks.

good luck to anyone still waiting to find out.

I was just accepted EDII, I don't know what they require you to write for transfer, but when I applied I had sent in my common app essay, the why vassar one, and a yourspace. I was quite silly and witty on the common app one and the yourspace but I made my why Vassar fairly serious. I only wrote about a paragraph and I told about how I first found myself at Vassar. I do think though if it is the only original writing you are sending that you should let your talents shine.

would you possibly read my essays if you got an opportunity? I'm quite freaked out about this whole situation. I wanted some grammar help but mainly your opinion of the content. if not thanks anyway but if you could let me know.

Yea not a problem at all, just PM me. If you want I can probably even send you some of the stuff i sent in.

Thanks, I think I will take you up on that offer. I'll send my two essays to you on sunday.
