APPEAL!

I'm sorry you guys!

but seriously

APPEAL!

what do you say in your appeal?

you have to tell them anything new that has happend since you turned in your application and get as emotional as you want!! start making a list of why they should consider you
im doing it so good luck!!

do you think the appeals work? Im thinking about doing it because i got rejected from pretty much ever uc besides riverside ... and i don't want to go to slo.

Appeals work if and only if you have you new information that was left out before you sent out the application, or at least that's how it was meant to be. Any new information like senior grades and other information that you wouldn't have put in your application (like teacher recommendations) would be ineffective for your appeal, although it doesn't hurt to try.

i heard that they dont care for senior grades but letter of rec does carry some merit

yea the grades dont matter...but like any awards or things that have gained you merit. any accomplishments basically. dont get hopes too high though but its worth a try
