while that's wasteful, that doesn't affect global warming.</p>

That actually depends on what restaurant you're at. My mom works at a restaurant, and the tips her customers leave is the money she takes home at the end of the day. Busboys and hostesses don't get tips at most places.</p>

<p>My friend's a busboy and he says he gets part of the tips...and my family usually leaves 15-20% so I probably will too.</p>
