<p>I was recently accepted to UC Berkeley as a Bio major (College of Letter and Science) and Brown as a Chem major. The question is, based on the department I applied, which school is better? Where should I go?</p>

<p>Brown. It’s in L&S so it shouldn’t matter bio vs chem.</p>
<p>If you are planning on doing Chemistry, you might as well come to Berkeley and switch into the College of Chemistry. Berkeley is awesome for Chem. But Brown would be more flexible to switching majors and less stressful.</p>
<p>I just want to know, which school has a better science program that can lead me to a better graduate school?</p>
<p>It’s not like all the major programs of every university in the US are on an official grad school admissions scale. They’re both very good schools; pick the one you like best, not the one that some guy gave a slightly higher number to.</p>
