Important: get a master degree in industrial Engineering

Hello everyone,
i am studying in an Engineering school and i was hoping to get a master degree in the US .
So after doing some research , i found out that georgia tech and the university of michigan have one of the best industrial engineering programs and i became interested in studying there.
But i couldn't get how the tuition fees / payement works ? do we pay it at once ? or do we pay monthly ? or what exactly ?
and as an international student, do i get financial aid?
thank you .

Information about scholarships for graduate students should be on the universities’ websites. If you can’t find it, send an email to the department, and ask. They will tell you if they have any scholarships available for international grad students.

Usually bills must be paid before the beginning of each semester. Sometimes it is possible to arrange to pay the bills in installments throughout the year. However, it is important for you to remember that you will need to be able to demonstrate that you can pay for your full cost of attendance or you will not get your student visa. For advice on that topic, read through the threads in the International Students Forum.

Thank you so much for your reply it helped a lot . i have one more question : should my country have a convention with one of these univertsities so that i could be able to study there ?

Each college and university in the US sets its own policy about who is considered admissible for a degree program. You would need to ask each place on your list whether you can apply or not.

thank you so much. you helped a lot .
