Important Question

I was not accepted into the LEP I wanted (Business) and was wondering how hard is it to get into the Smith school of business or Engineering school after a year of general studies? When would be the earliest date I could apply within UMD to one of those LEP's?

Hello ElleInc, Please see your previous thread “Transfer to UMD”. I answered it regarding the Robert M. Smith 's School of Business. Question: Have you been admitted to the university? If so, are you placed in the College of Arts, Letters, and Science. Please speak to the pre-transfer adviser at UMD and they will tell you the best time to apply. You will see my whole response regarding the Business school on your previous thread.

As for Engineering, it its hard to get into the James A. Clark’s School of Engineering.

I suggest that you contact them
