Okay. Look, Here's how I am thinking to do my offline stuff done altogether. Tell me if I need to something else or Am I doing something wrong. [Anialways] If you're reading this, please reply, you really have some powerful brains up there.

Transcripts:

9th and 10th: A CCE marksheet from CBSE. Going to get it's attested copies from USIEF.
11th: A tabular description on A4 sheet, showing final marks and grades, subjects and exam date. Attested by the school principal with stamp.
12th: (A marksheet + Provisional certificate + Migration certificate) Everything's provided by examination board. Going to get it's attested copies from USIEF.

School Reports:

I changed my school in 12th, So I would get all my school report stuff done from counselor of my former school. Because it's better to get stuff from people who know me from several years than just one year. Get it filled up, make photocopies, signature from counselor.

Teacher Evaluations:

I would be getting 3 evaluations, that may help in forming a clear picture of me in front of Adcoms. My counselor will get those from the teachers. So, single sheets filled by teachers, their signature respectively. Counselor will make photocopies and sign all of them afterwards.

Arrangement/Order:

USIEF 9th and 10th Marksheet Envelope: Attested CCE Marksheet.

USIEF 12th Marksheet Envelope: Attested 12th Marksheet, Migration and Prov. Certificate.

A4 envelope with School stamp and counselor signature at seal area: Containing; Teacher Evaluations, School Report, 11th Transcript and final report.

After getting all this in my hand, I would put these sealed envelopes in a big packet and send it by myself to the colleges. Since my counselor doesn't want to get into shipping stuff and things.

Now the questions:

Am I doing all this right?

Is there anything missing?

My counselor said, He would be signing all the photocopies of recos, teacher evaluations and school reports, It that enough or is school stamp required?
