Improvement in 3 months?

I took the SAT for the first time in June but was rather reluctant because of the score I got on the PSAT (about 1700-ish). Since I was busy with end-of-the-year assignments—and admittedly, hecka lazy—I didn't prepare for the SAT as much as I should have. The scores I received are:

Critical Reading 580
Math 650
Writing 680 (Essay: 9)

1910 in total, which beats my ACT score of 27 (and 25 the second time ugh). I've decided to focus on the SAT and, not wanting to waste any more of my parents' hard-earned cash, really start studying for it.

How much (as in, how long and how often) should I study within the next 3 months in order to reach my goal of 2000-2100—if that is even possible? I plan to retake it twice, October and December (although I'd rather take it in October alone...).

bump ...

its possible.
Familiarize yourself with the questions, concepts, and techniques.
This will greatly help improve your score.

Try to do at least one section every day that you're free. And if you have practice tests, try do a practice test without timing yourself on weekends. Once you feel more comfortable, start timing yourself. With short practice sections on weekdays, and tests on weekends, i'm sure you can increase your score by at least 100 points.
