I have a 27 ACT right now, I need at LEAST a 30 on the september one. Do you think this is possible? I tried taking the SAT but my score wont budge from an 1850.. I do really well at school, have a 4.00 GPA and rank one. Any tips/books? Going to start studying soon! Thanks.

Absolutely.

Have you tried the Real ACT Prep Guide yet? It has 5 previously administered tests.

I haven’t started studying for the ACT yet, I’m taking the SAT next week, and then I’ll start studying for it. I will be sure to study that book… any other tips?? How hard is it to raise ACT score compared to SAT score?

I raised my act from 30 to 34, so its not too hard to raise ur act score imo. What I did was practice. I took the 4 acts from the red book in the 3 weeks preceding the test, and I think this helped me a lot because it got me familiar with timing the test, how its structured, etc. I think the most important thing to do when studying for the act is to take practice tests: full and timed.
