Improving from a 32 to a 34-36; Math and English Review Books to Use

I took the May 2014 ACT without doing any studying and got a Composite of 32. The other scores were:
English (my least favorite subject): 29
Reading: 33
Math: 32
Science: 33

I plan on retaking the ACT on the first test date which is in September I think. Anyways I was wondering
what review books would be useful for improving my math score I was considering The Princeton Review's Math and Science Workout for the ACT, 2nd Edition or Barron's ACT Math and Science Workbook. If you have any other suggestions for math that would be appreciated.

Also, I'm really bad at anything involving commas, semicolons, or punctuations in general and grammar rules kill all of my test scores. I was considering getting Erica Meltzer's The Complete Guide to ACT English if you have any other recommendations that would be great.

But really if anyone could recommend useful books for Math and English sections of the ACT that would be greatly appreciated.

Go through PR 1296 q’s and create flashcards for any math concepts/formulas where you need improvement. As for English (regarded as the easiest section to improve) use Barron’s 36. The English section is the only section I like in that book, but it’s great!
