In a bit of a predicament between majors

Hey,

I went to community college and grabbed around 21 transferrable units a couple years ago. Since then I moved to Europe to take a job opportunity.

Anyways, I'm now going to school in Colorado. I was accepted as open option because of my 4.0, into AS because Business said I didn't have all the requirements (math n' stuff).

My issue is that I wanted to study Op Management in Business school, but am now stuck in AS (for now). I really want/need to get done in 3 years, and I can't even apply for Business school until the end of the year for the following school year.

Right now I'm covering my core requirements and bases by taking economics and some other classes. I'm basically thinking I can either major in economics and minor in German without having to worry about switching into business school - or I can still stack classes and then try to get all the upper division classes for business in two years (which will be hard).

Really, I'm just looking for opinions... I don't have to make a declaration for some time (45 units). Does anyone have any experience with majoring in econ and minoring in a foreign language/prospective job opportunities?
