In Kingsborough now, where should I transfer? Baruch?

I have one more semester left in community college and I'll be graduating in June. I majored in Accounting but when I transfer to a four year I want to double in Finance.

I'm in New York (obviously). Should I try Pace University or Baruch? Which do you think is better if you're familiar with the two and a New Yorker? Pace has a tuition of about 20k while Baruch is at 4k. But I want to know will I be looked at the same way by potential employers if I go to a city college rather than a private university.

What other schools should I look into? I really want to get away but I'm dirt poor and couldn't afford it, I'm 19. I have a 3.2 GPA now but I think by the time I graduate I can bump that up to a 3.5. Does the GPA matter at the time of application or the time transfer most?

wow I really should have read other threads before making this one. A lot of questions were answered in other threads especially the "Everything you need to know about accounting" thread. I'm guessing there are A LOT of new yorkers here.
