In need of help over the CommonApp counselor GPA question!

My counselor doesn't speak very good English. On the "Do you report GPA?" question she answered yes and then on the Cumulative GPA question she put the Cumulative GPA of the entire class, which is much lower than mine. Was she supposed to do this or was she supposed to put my cumulative GPA ?

The next questions are about the highest grade in the class and also the school's passing grade , so she thought it referred to the entire graduating class, not to me. On the transcript she posted, my cumulative GPA is calculated and you can see that it's higher than the cumulative GPA she posted in the previous question. She already submitted the entire report, so if she got it wrong, she can't go back and correct it. Please tell me everything is fine and that this won't confuse the admission officers and cause them to think that my cumulative GPA is the one she posted. I'm desperate.

It was supposed to be your cumulative GPA, not the class. But as long as its right on the transcript, it should be fine.

@guineafirl96, thanks for letting me know . I am however afraid because the cumulative GPA of the entire class is much lower than my GPA and that couldn’t possibly look good on my application. I hope so much that admissions officers will look at the GPA on my transcript that has the official stamp of the school. I am thinking about writing to colleges and explaining this situation, but I don’t want them to assume that I am “cheating” just because I know such information from my counselor.
