For example, I have 5 credits from trig but trig is not transferable, should I not count those when adding up all my credits?

60 transferrable units. even though non transferrable have to be reported, those units basically will count for nothing; they’re not considered in your GPA, etc.

Just google these basic questions next time.

seriously, you’re a “transfer” student, you do the math.

dont count the 5 units from trig. only count units that transfer.

Only if the classes are transferable to CSUs and UCs. For example, lower English and math classes do not count for transferring.

Anything below 100 is remedial and will not transfer. However, just because it is 100+ doesn’t mean it will transfer to UCs. You have to check and make sure.

For my school, above 200 is remedial lol. But yeah, it depends, just take a look at the school catalog. For trig, cmiiw, I think it’s part of pre-cal so it may be UC-transferable.
