In search of schools with Rolling (monthly) START dates.

Hello, I am in search of online schools with Rolling (monthly) START dates. I would also prefer they take Federal Financial Aid Funding. I have only found one such school Thomas Edison State College but I’m sure there are many more that I’m missing.

I am an Army Wife of an Active Duty Soldier looking at going back to school while working full time. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

[American</a> Military University](<a href=“http://www.amu.apus.edu%5DAmerican”>http://www.amu.apus.edu)

regionally accredited, 250.00 per credit hour, they pay for your undergraduate books, military friendly (obviously), and take federal financial aid. Specifically has monthly start dates.

[Grand</a> Canyon University](<a href=“http://www.gcu.edu%5DGrand”>http://www.gcu.edu)

If you ask for it specifically they have a military scholarship program that will bring your per-credit price down from 395.00 to 250.00, regionally accredited, great atmosphere, you do have to pay for your own books though lol, they take federal financial aid. Pretty much has monthly or just about monthly start dates.

Just a couple of schools to help you. I am attending GCU at the moment but I am considering transferring to AMU to finish out my bachelors and then for my masters. Hope it helps. =)

I would recommend also taking a look at the school I’m attending (American Sentinel University- [American</a> Sentinel Online University | Earn Your Online Degree With Us | Information Technology | IT Degrees Online | Game Programming Degree](<a href=“http://www.americansentinel.edu%5DAmerican”>http://www.americansentinel.edu))

While this link doesn’t sound very appropriate (they apparently need to update their Meta Title Tag…), the following page contains some helpful information for Military students (and military spouses, like yourself): [Online</a> Information Systems School, IT And Computer Science Degree Online In USA](<a href=“http://www.americansentinel.edu/Military/Tuition_and_Fees.php]Online”>http://www.americansentinel.edu/Military/Tuition_and_Fees.php)

Good luck to you!

Thomas Edison is reputable. It’s a public university in New Jersey, and it’s designed for non-traditional students. It’s been around for a while.

U of Phoenix offers frequent start dates. They aren’t the best ranked uni or anything - but none of those mentioned so far are, so…

You may also want to look at schools that don’t have monthly start dates, because it’s already April - many schools start their summer terms in May or June. You can thus, if it suits you, also look at the online programs offered by reputable “offline” universities like U Maryland, Penn State, Drexel, Northeastern, UMass Amherst, UMass Dartmouth, Florida State, U Denver, Ball State, Southern New Hampshire University, Regis University, Tiffin University, and lots more. In fact, check with the unis close to you. At least some of them may offer online degree programs.

If you can find a uni in the state in which you have legal residence, and it’s a public university or community college, you’ll also qualify for the lower, in-state rate on tuition - which is a bonus.
