<p>Can someone please tell me what SAT scores and GPA, on average, would be needed to have a shot at UC Berkeley or UC Los Angeles?</p>

<p>Well, remember this is the AVERAGE of those admitted into these schools. </p>

<p>The bottom third of the bottom third of those admitted probably have lower standards. :)</p>

<p>Keep in mind that the GPAs listed are UC GPAs.</p>

<p>UC GPAs are weighted GPAs where only the first eight semesters of honors courses (which includes honors/APs/IBs) get 1 extra point
Also, PE, health, and student government courses don't count in figuring the GPA.</p>
