So why didn’t you apply to top tier universities?
In fact private unis. and some publics like uw madison also provide generous money?

I want to study in US only with full or partial tution scholarships based on merit. I’m interested in Aerospace Eng,Astronomy,Astrophysics and Marketing but I’m gonna attend introductory classes once I go to college and then decide my major.

TBH you have no chance at Harvard, Vanderbilt, Cornell.
Top tier UCs i believe include UCLA and UCB- I don’t see any chance there for you as well.
Penn State is in no way a safety for engineering for a low SAT 1 score.

Not trying to criticise but you should’ve filtered your list. But well I guess you’ve applied so I hope that you get into atleast one of the good ones

Colleges accepted at
Purdue (will be attending in fall)
Umich
ASU
Univ of Colorado Boulder
Ohio state

Waiting on
Penn state
UIUC
UT Austin
Uwashington

Rejected
None (yet)

Great essays and teacher recs

And I also wouldn’t call Penn state UP a safety per say. Although they are lenient on their SAT scores, it only accounts for 1/3 of the whole process. You gpas and extracurriculars also matter a lot.

@skyblade1234 Congratulations on being accepted to Purdue and all the other ones as well!

Thank you @pallavijaniani , congratulations on your acceptance too! Have you committed to any of the colleges yet?

@skyblade1234 No! I’m waiting to hear the decision from Boston University as it happens to be my top choice. If I don’t go there though it is 95% going to be University of Minnesota

Figured so @pallavijaniani , UMinn is a candid choice, minus the cold haha
