A little late to this discussion, but whoever is trying to decide between Wisconsin and Washington, do not forget to include the weather in making your decision. Wisconsin is arguably the greatest party school in the country. Their programs are very reputable and the student life is very vibrant, but the weather in the Midwest is effing harsh. Seattle, on the other hand, has a wonderful weather year round. They get their classes canceled for a half inch of snow while there is no school in the Midwest that would cancel classes, even in the case of a severe snowstorm (unless the government clearly specifies to stay indoors to stay alive).

I want to study in US only with full or partial tution scholarships based on merit. I’m interested in Aerospace Eng,Astronomy,Astrophysics and Marketing but I’m gonna attend introductory classes once I go to college and then decide my major.
Hey Guys , I’m New Here… Well I Was Just Wondering That While You All Got Admission In Diff Univs (Congrats For That) , How Are You Dealing With Financial Aid ??? Cause Thats A Prime Factor For Me. Does All The Univs Give You Required Fin Aid ???
Since I Also Saw That Univs Like wisconsin Doesnt Provide Fin Aid To International Students…

Will I get into at least a few of the universities for CS? I know I fall into the middle 50% of most of these universities? But since CS is too competitive, I’m having second thought. Is this list okay? Or should I aim less? Or higher?

Hi, I just got a call for an interview with an alum in New Delhi. I’m so excited!! I wanted to know if anyone else from India has had an interview yet, with Princeton or some other school? If so how did it go? What should I expect?
