Indiana Class of 2013

ACCEPTED!

3.45 GPA Unweighted
2160 SAT

play ultimate frisbee at IU! I am on the men's team and it is fun. Next year we have a very good shot at making nationals, we get to travel all over the country, and the people on the team are the coolest/most interesting people at IU (not just saying that). Very close knit, you will quickely make friends with upperclassmen who can help you out with classes you are struggeling with.

Congratulations!

Congrats, I was informed about my acceptance upon checking my application status the other day. It will be nice to get the package that says "You're In!" in the mail shortly.

accepted tonight to IUB!

Now waiting for Kelley DA letter :)

Congradulations! I was admitted today. Now I'm just waiting to hear if I get DA or any honors consideration.

My S was admitted today with the $9,000/yr scholarship.

3.9 WGPA, 33 ACT

It appears he was direct admitted to Kelley because on the Special Scholarship applications pages it has his major listed as Management BBA.

DA letters go out several weeks (usually 3-4 weeks) after a student gets their IU acceptance letter.

i got accepted today... now just waiting to hear about kelley

looks like most people here applied to kelley :)

i want to study biology--does anyone know how the program is there? or will it be too easy because i want to challenge myself, this school is one of my safeties

i got accepted-29 ACT and 4.0 GPA unweighted, with 5k/per year with oos scholarship... missed 4k/year more by one point on ACT. waiting on direct admit letter to HPER.

Rwilly,
I'm pretty sure you can still get the $9,000 scholarship if you re-take the SAT or ACT and get the automatic scores needed for the bigger scholarship. You have until February 1 to get the higher scores to the admissions office.

lmcg29,

I always find a good way to determine how good the curriculum is for a certain department is to check out the "Schedule of Classes" and see what is being taught, to see what the faculty specializes in, to see what the specialized programs are, and then to see who is graduating and what awards (if any) they are winning.

With that in mind, here is the link to the schedule of classes (which allows you to look at what Biology classes have been taught the past few semesters:

Schedule of Classes: Office of the Registrar: Indiana University Bloomington

I got accepted!
1990 SAT
3.3 GPA
I am so excited and nervous but I can't wait! I am really going to miss living in Los Angeles but I hear Bloomington is lots of fun!

I'm from Los Angeles. You'll love it :D

Hey wait, bel air mom? Unusual screenname for a student hahaha.

ACCEPTED! So excited, IU is my number 2 choice right now! If I don't get into USC, chances are I'll end up at IU. I'm from MA with a 4.01 GPA and 1320 SAT.

You're going to get into USC with those stats hahhaha.

But IU is so much more affordable, and its campus is
better looking :P (seriously, if you college visit USC and
walk outside of its campus it's a scary place). What
major are you gonna be Eliza?

Haha thanks radronOmega! I'm sure hoping I do haha =) If I go to IU, I'm going to major in journalism. If I end up at USC, I'll probably major in history and try & transfer to Annenberg for print journalism later on there. And IU really is SO affordable! It's partially why it's so attractive to me. I mean, IU was one of my safeties, but it's up there on my list because it has almost everything I want in a college.

accepted to Kelley direct admit, anyone else most likely going to kelley?
