Universities have computer science and computer engineering. They are usually in different faculty and have different admissions criteria.

Canadian universities report minima, not 25th or 75th percentiles. In general, SAT scores should be 700+ in each section for engineering at U of T or Waterloo. McGill minima are even higher.
