Information Systems Management vs Supply Chain Management

Ive recently completed 60 hours at my university and now must declare a major. I am debating between these two. Which one sees more growth/ promise for better job in the future? The only thing that would draw me away from MIS is that I dont really want to be behind a computer all day. However, if I pick SCM, i might want to minor in Comp Sci as well. Any thoughts?

MIS has more promise than SCM in my opinion as more and more things get automated. BLS seems to feel similarly:

Any chance your school has an SCM minor? I agree there are more opportunities in MIS, but there are also MIS jobs working in SCM (analyst, coding, testing SCM systems for example). So no reason why you cannot ultimately have both in your career.

SCM will probably have you behind a computer all day too just as much as MIS would. If you work in technical consulting that could have you on your feet a bit more, or if you’re doing a bit more hardware work in terms of setting up and maintaining office networks like an IT guy.
