I think i remember reading before that if you do some significant internship or win some award after you submit your app, you can contact admissions at your schools and let them know about it, to hopefully have them put it to consideration when they read your application.
Would an internship with a congressman be worth informing admissions about?

If you want to update your application or add material to it - write an e-mail to the Dartmouth admissions office regarding it & they will promptly update your file!! (They did it for me within a day!)

As far as whether or not “internship with a congressman” is something you want to add to your application - it is really up to you!!
You don’t want to be ****ing admissions off, but then again if you think you have a very low chance and that an internship such as this might help tip things in your favor - then go ahead and submit it!! :)

hey rishav I sent an update to Admissions.Processing@Dartmouth.edu

but they never replied, did they reply to you?

@josh - You sent it to the right email id!! They don’t reply back to confirm receipt of submitted materials though!!

What I did was write a mail to admissions.application@dartmouth.edu asking whether or not I could submit the thing I wanted to submit…
And they replied back with a “Yes, you can” and asked me to email it to the address you mentioned!! :D

oh ok, thank you! :)
