<p>How should an EA applicant go about telling Harvard about a Model UN award received just this weekend? I believe that the only tangible proof of the award I have is the plaque itself. Any suggestions?</p>
<p>Just email that you got it. You don't need actual proof of it. Honors system. Just don't start lying about stuff, LOL.</p>

<p>Just write the financial aid/admissions office one. It's on the website for Harvard.</p>

<p>email it to <a href="mailto:college@fas.havard.edu">college@fas.havard.edu</a> with "UPDATE" as the subject headline. If you know the name of the person who's reading your application, put that name on the subject line too.</p>

<p>I would consider faxing a letter to the admissions committe, and also sending a copy of it by snail mail to the admissions office. I always think a hard copy to go into your file is a good idea--my son sent a couple of his updates to his EA application that way. Of course, you never know if they will see this new stuff, but I do know that this is done all the time. And if by some chance you are deferred, then you know there will be that letter in your file for the next go round.</p>
