<p>Yep I got my internships(3) through INROADS. They are definitely helpful in getting you an internship and I remember meeting several freshmen in my admitted class. Go to their site for more info.</p>

<p>INROADS is truly a joke like 90% of the people have already said throughout this thread. A complete waste of time and very unorganized. Sorry to break it to you.</p>
<p>Maybe it depends on area/region/state…where I work, I know several students that later were employed in finance training programs at banks. Just to share experience…</p>
