Institutional SATS/ACTS

<p>Some schools offer institutional SATS & ACTS. I believe it cost a little less, the score is only submitted to that school, and apparently it is easier.
I was just wondering if anyone has taken it, and would you suggest it ?</p>

Note, some colleges use it for admission as well as placement.</p>
