I got my senior year classes and my schedule is-

AP Literature

AP Economics

AP Government

Honors Spanish 4

AP Physics

AP Calculus AB

Does this schedule seem too intense and should I drop the AP Physics? My first choice is UC Berkeley or UCLA but i was wondering, do colleges see senior year grades before you are accepted or after? and do the UC colleges see first semester grades?

Which AP Physics is it? What do you want to major in? (At the uni I'm going to next year, one of the three physics won't get you credit you need towards the major).
Colleges (UC's too) will see your first semester senior grades, if you apply regular decision.

I think you'll be fine.

I have:
AP Macroeconomics/AP US Government [1 sem. each]
AP Latin Literature
Philharmonic Orchestra [pianist]
AP Calculus BC
AP European History
AP English Literature/Composition

and I'm not really all that worried. I think you should be okay.
HOWEVER I hated physics [took it last year...] but that could just be me.. we had a 14% pass rate at our school this year... our teachers suck at physics. Anyway.

And I don't know about UCs, sorry :]

I don't know it's just regular ap physics. i want to major in english so i don't know if i should take ap physics or just anatomy. i am having trouble deciding.

I think I should be able to handle it. Especially since the AP government and AP economics classes switch off about every 2 weeks so i will only be taking one of those at a time...and I will have a free period.

Free period! That's great :] You can catch up on homework/projects/SLEEP in there :] I've never had a free period before, but boy would I love one..

I know. I haven't had a free period yet either. i was supposed to have one last year as well but I did teacher aide instead..ah wow i am so excited for this free period.lol.

Between the switching, low number of classes (well, at my school we take 8/year), and free period, you should be fine. If your school is more difficult than most, than so many APs may not be wise, but I think you'll be perfectly okay. And colleges will see your first semester grades come acceptance time, but they'll also be able to see your schedule so make sure to keep a semi-rigorous schedule (without burning yourself out between school, life, and apps). They will also be sent your final grades, so while they're usually more lenient about a final B or C than when you applied, a low grade could cause your acceptance to be rescinded.
