Intent to register- question

So, I applied to transfer from my CCC to CSUN and CSUSB, and ended up getting accepted to both. My personal choice is CSUN, and I already filed for my intent to register. I was curious if there is anything keeping me from setting up an orientation date & filing my intent to register for CSUSB as well. In order to, stall as much time as possible to hear back from housing and maybe even some scholarship applications-- before making my final decision. Other then it being potentially frowned upon, to file intent to register when I only really intend to register depending on housing and scholarships, are there any other draw backs or issues with filing for both?
