Interesting Articles in the Maroon

I often write about how the U of C is changing quickly, and about how the U of C's identity has come into question more than most of its peers of late. Here are a few articles in the Chicago Maroon that further illustrate these points:

Candid candidates – The Chicago Maroon

And a recent Maroon Board Editorial:

Free pass – The Chicago Maroon

And one student's angry response to the Editorial:

Letter: ?Free pass? insults U of C mission – The Chicago Maroon

All of this discourse is pretty interesting. Again, it's a fascinating time to be a student at the U of C, because the identity of the school - as has been the case since the Hugo Sonnenschein era of the mid-1990s, is in question.
