As you can tell, I got into Stanford. C'mon more posts!

what schools do you guys go to that allow you to take so many AP's in 9th grade?

I go to The Harker School.

u guys' stats are unbelievable.. wow very impressive.

Guys, don't be afraid to post more! A unique schedule doesn't have to mean only AP's. Anyone take any wacky classes?

You guys must all go to supreme prep schools or something. My school just has the basics, and a few neat electives.

stanford2010 you definitely slacked your senior year. :P

My daughter took some unusual classes (we homeschooled, in case you wonder how all this was possible. I'll leave out the more usual stuff:

Logic
Rhetoric
Four years of literature (Greek & Roman, Medieval, 15-18th C, and 19-20th C)
Four years of history (split up chronologically like literature was)
-- actually, literature and history were in five year sequence, beginning in 8th grade (which had study of human evolution, archaeology, neolithic culture, and then Mesopotomia, Egypt, and ancient India)
Astronomy
Physical geology
Three years of Greek (in addition to three years of Latin)
Philosophy
Three correspondence courses in Egyptology (Introduction to Ancient Egypt, Introduction to Egyptian Hieroglyphs, Arts and Crafts of Ancient Egypt)
Correspondence course in War & Empire in the Ancient World

Beyond her safety, she got into Brown, Chicago, & UNC - Chapel Hill. She is currently attending Brown and concentrating in Egyptology. On a form letter to admittees, a Brown adcomm handwrote a note saying that she found dd's interest in Egyptology and ancient warfare fascinating. So I guess unusual transcripts can help you ...

(Probably one of the most unusual things about her transcript is that she didn't do any AP courses. None of them fit into what she wanted to study and how.)

Those of you who posted have had some impressive schedules. I'm sure you will do wonderfully in college.
