So I have a unique situation (I brought my GPA up from an 82/100 freshman year --> 93/100 sophomore --> 98/100 junior ---> between a 99-101 weighted senior year). I nervously called Gtown to see if they would weigh my terrible grades from freshman year heavily and I was told that they "consider" all years but only really focus on junior and senior grades. (thankfully haha) So my question is, do you think other colleges follow this same approach?

Most schools look at junior and senior year the most, but they do take all years into factor. An upward trend does look great tho and I think your fine, they’ll understand a bad freshman as long you improve and you’ve improved greatly. I’m pretty sure nearly all schools look at it like that.

I really do hope so because my overall GPA & Rank suffered because of my crap grades freshman year.
