<p>My class size is extremely small (less than 100) at a very competitive magnet school, and, though my GPA (unweighted) is 4.0/96.8, the highest in the class, my rank is still one spot outside the top 10%. This is partially due to my transferring in as a sophomore from a school that offers a much less rigorous curriculum and, thus, being behind other students at my school by a few AP classes in a weighted rank system. I still have 9 APs (2 4s, 7 5s) coming into senior year, as well as 7 current year APs. Will my chances at an Ivy (or equivalent) be as greatly reduced by my rank as the Academic Index Calculator suggests (232 [9/9] -> 217 [6/9])?</p>
